ESTATE GROWN - SINGLE VINEYARD

The variety Romans plundered the Vineyards of the Middle East and took Shiraz – a name taken from a city in Iran – to plant through the Rhone Valley in France.  Cuttings were brought to Australia by early Settlers from Europe in the 19th century.

Shiraz has established itself as the Quintessential Australian Red – enjoying a reputation as the New World’s finest red wine .

Dark Plum Fruits on the nose. Coffee and Chocolate with Peppery Shiraz Varietal Fruit

A well-balanced and rich palate  supported by fine-grained oak. A soft tannin structure complementing balanced acidity and depth of flavour.
